Automatic Gluer machine is named automatic Folder Gluer as well. After printed and slotted (die cut), single-wall or double-wall corrugated board will be folded and glued by Gluer machine to form carton box. This kind of machine is featured with high speed, pressure resistance, rust-proofing, easy recycle, low cost and no stitching.
Working process：
vacuum suction feeding sizing folding and rectify gluing deviation
Secondary deviation rectification (rectify right angle) counting, stack according to preset output carton box.
1．The whole processing is automatic.
2．Ifou know some principle, you will operate the machine easily and conveniently: When board web right controller of folding unit move, main engine begin to slow down; When carton box delivery is suffocated at right angle rectification unit and carton box stack is abnormal, main engine will stop after slowing down; If stack of carton box is too low, delivery belt at the rear way will stop; at the stack, cylinder will be needed to rectify when counting error and jamming happen.
3．The above process be controlled by industrial computer.
